How Often Must Employers Pay Employees in Minnesota?

At least once every 31 days, on a regular payday designated in advance by the employer. Commissions must be paid at least once every three months. That is the general rule in Minn. Stat. § 181.101, and it applies regardless of whether an employee requests payment at longer intervals.
