Mr. Ferraro and his firm have been appointed class counsel in dozens of cases, and his firm has been recognized as “experienced trial attorneys who have extensive experience litigating wage and hour class actions.” Mr. Ferraro has collectively represented more than 100,000 employees in California and nationwide class and collective wage and hour litigation.
Prior to starting his firm, Mr. Ferraro worked for the law firms of Duane Morris and Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, representing public and private companies in California and throughout the United States.

In 2022, Mr. Ferraro developed and led a training session for government labor enforcement attorneys at the California DIR and LWDA. He has presented on labor and employment law issues with the San Diego County Bar Association (2019 and 2021 Labor & Employment Law Conferences), San Diego State University, San Diego HR Forum, Monitor Liability Managers, MyHRHelp Webinar Series, BB&T Breakfast Briefings, among others. Mr. Ferraro’s employment law articles have been published in California Employment Law Letter, HR Daily Advisor, Lexology, Mondaq, and in client alerts and newsletters for his prior law firms.
