On June 19, 2024, Plaintiff Jose De La Cerda filed a lawsuit against San Diego Convention
Center Corporation, Inc. (“SDCCC”) alleging a claim for failure to pay all overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act and a claim for failure to pay for all hours worked under the Fair
Labor Standards Act.
If you worked as an hourly employee for SDCCC at any time from June 19, 2021, to the present, you may have a right to participate in this lawsuit.
