The complaint alleges and seeks civil penalties under the Private Attorneys General Act for (1) failure to pay wages (minimum and regular wages); (2) failure to pay overtime wages; (3) failure to timely pay wages each payday; (4) meal and rest period violations; (5) inaccurate wage statements; (6) failure to pay wages owed at separation of employment (waiting time penalties); and (7) failure to provide paid sick leave.
