All individuals currently or formerly employed by Alstom Transportation, Inc., Bombardier Transportation Services USA Corporation, and/or Bombardier Mass Transit Corporation in the State of California as hourly non-exempt employees at any time during the relevant statutory period listed in the complaint (e.g., four years for class actions and one year for PAGA actions) through the time of trial.
