All individuals currently or formerly employed by SFFIT Ventures, LLC and/or Aspyr Holdings LLC dba OrangeTheory Fitness in the State of California as hourly non-exempt employees at any time during the relevant statutory period listed in the complaint (e.g., four years for class actions and one year for PAGA actions) through the time of trial.
