Theodore Braun
Theodore R. Braun, Esq., is an associate attorney focused on wage-and-hour class, collective, and representative actions on behalf of employees at Ferraro Vega Employment Lawyers, Inc. He also represents employees in disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other workplace misconduct.
Theodore earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and a B.S. in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University. He is an Eagle Scout and is proud to serve his community in every capacity he can.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Theodore worked in sales and engineering roles that honed his ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively. His background also provides him with firsthand insight into workplace dynamics and the challenges employees face across a variety of industries.
Background & Education
Theodore is originally from Irvine, California, but has found a home in the Pacific Northwest. He is a graduate of Eastside Catholic High School, Clarkson University, and the Seattle University School of Law.
Theodore’s work experience spans civil and quality engineering, waiting tables, construction, baking, and sales. During the pandemic, he worked on lab equipment, ventilators, and test kits for Thermo Fisher Scientific, as well as assisted schools in finding distance learning solutions as the Vice President of Sales at Sector-Five.
While attending Seattle University School of Law, Theodore law clerked at Gauthier & Associates, participated in the trademark clinic, and baked macarons at Trophy Cupcakes.
Litigation Experience
At the beginning of law school, Theodore was first exposed to litigation in probate, where he assisted in the litigation of challenged wills and trusts,
breaches of fiduciary duties, asset misappropriation, creditor claims, and document interpretation.
After graduation, Theodore worked as an Associate Attorney at the Blankenship Law Firm, where he gained experience litigating actions
involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other workplace misconduct.
Admissions & Affiliations
Theodore was admitted to the Washington Bar in September 2025. He is licensed to practice in the State of Washington and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He is also an Eagle Scout and a member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
