Rick A. Waltman

Ferraro Vega Employment Lawyers is pleased to have Rick A. Waltman, Esq. serve as of counsel to the firm. Mr. Waltman is the principal attorney of Rick Waltman Law, APC. He is an experienced trial lawyer recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and as one of the “Best Lawyers in America – Ones to Watch” by U.S. News.

Mr. Waltman was born and raised in Minnesota.  He obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Waltman then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating cum laude and serving as editor of the San Diego Law Review.

Prior to representing employees, Mr. Waltman represented companies in complex litigation at two nationwide Am Law 200 law firms.
