Jennifer L. Connor, Attorney, is a California native from Long Beach who, for over two decades, has worked as an advocate on behalf of plaintiffs in civil litigation, especially in wage and hour and employment class actions. Ms. Connor is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School, cum laude, J.D., 2003 and Boston College, magna cum laude, B.A. History 2000, and also holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Boston College’s School of Theology and Ministry. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2006.

Ms. Connor has represented clients in cases ranging from wage and hour, consumer protection, unfair business practices, product liability, fraud, and antitrust, practicing in both state and federal court forums. She has managed and assisted with litigation and settlement of numerous of wage and hour class actions. Ms. Connor also authored the merit briefs on behalf of plaintiff-appellant in Aryeh v. Canon Business Solutions, Inc. (2013) 55 Cal.4th 1185, involving legal issues under the Unfair Competition Law, which was favorably decided by the California Supreme Court. Her work further includes Respondent’s Brief in a case before California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, which led to a tentative ruling affirming the unconscionability of an employer’s arbitration agreement and facilitated a favorable class action settlement. She has successfully certified contested motions for certification, won dispositive motions, and been appointed as class counsel. She has also presented as a lecturer for CLE courses on employment law issues.

Ms. Connor also served as a volunteer district attorney at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office as part of the Trial Attorney Partnership program. In her spare time, Ms. Connor enjoys acting classes and walking in nature.
