Elyssa Martinez grew up in Menifee, California, and graduated summa cum laude from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served on the boards of the Employment and Labor Law Society, First Generation Legal Professionals, and La Raza student organizations. Elyssa gained practical experience working as a law clerk for the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office and the Superior Court’s Office of the Family Law Facilitator. She joined our firm as a law clerk during her second year of law school and is now an attorney, committed to advocating for her clients with dedication and expertise.
