David Lin

INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND

David Lin began his legal career in New York representing corporations in large-scale antitrust and intellectual property matters. He soon realized that he was on the wrong side of the country and on the wrong side of the courtroom so he moved to San Diego and transitioned to representing plaintiffs.

David has over fourteen years of experience in civil litigation involving a wide range of subject matter. He currently represents employees in class and representative actions seeking to recover wages wrongfully withheld from them by their employers. He has also represented asylum-seekers in defense of removal proceedings in immigration court, victims of domestic violence in family court, and families seeking guardianship over minors in probate court.

David is a nerd who will talk your ear off about physics, J.R.R. Tolkien, and all kinds of other nerd topics if you let him.
