All individuals currently or formerly employed by Big Daddy’s Oil 22, Inc., Big Daddy’s Oil 23, Inc., Big Daddy’s Oil 24, Inc., Big Daddy’s Oil 26, Inc. and/or Big Daddy’s Oil LLC in the State of California as hourly non-exempt employees at any time during the relevant statutory period listed in the complaint (e.g., four years for class actions and one year for PAGA actions) through the time of trial.
