Erin O’Leary
Erin M. O’Leary is a labor and employment litigation attorney with Ferraro Vega Employment Lawyers. Based in the firm’s Seattle, Washington branch, Erin focuses her practice on representing employees in wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions throughout the state of Washington.
Licensed to practice in Washington since 2013, Erin has dedicated her entire career to high-stakes litigation. Erin represents plaintiffs in a wide range of workplace disputes, specializing in class actions involving unpaid wages, off-the-clock work, missed meal and rest breaks, overtime violations, and improper worker classification. Her practice focuses heavily on cases arising under the Washington Minimum Wage Act (MWA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Washington’s robust employee protection statutes.
Throughout her career, Erin has achieved a strong track record of success by leveraging an insider’s perspective. Prior to joining Ferraro Vega to advocate for workers, Erin spent the majority of her career defending employers in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Having spent years advising companies on workplace policies and employment decisions, Erin possesses an invaluable understanding of defense strategies, allowing her to anticipate and counter employer defenses effectively.

Background & Education
Erin was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. She earned her undergraduate degree from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, before returning to the Pacific Northwest to attend the Seattle University School of Law, graduating in 2013.

Erin has substantial litigation experience, having spent the vast majority of her career in high-stakes litigation. Before transitioning her practice to protecting workers’ rights in wage and hour class actions, Erin spent years representing and defending some of the Pacific Northwest’s most notable businesses in complex employment-related matters.
Having litigated extensively in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, Erin now leverages this deep insider knowledge to pursue justice for employees. Her current practice focuses on class and individual actions involving unpaid wages, overtime violations, off-the-clock work, missed meal and rest periods, wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation.
