This is the most thorough attorney office I have contacted for my current issue. They gave more time and care than any other place I called. What I appreciate is them allowing to tell me if I even have a case before requesting a consultation fee. Other places I contacted wouldn’t even talk unless I was ready to pay a fee to consult. Obviously that is not feasible for someone who just lost their job. With Ferraro Vega, it was different as they are straight to the point, requesting records from my employer and reviewing them promptly without expecting a fee until you’re for sure you have a case. It made me finally feel heard at a time of shock, confusion and despair. That alone is important as it makes me feel like a human rather than a dollar sign. At first I was worried they wouldn’t even take my case since they are in San Diego area and I’m in the inland empire.
